The healthcare system’s effectiveness depends mainly on workers’ knowledge, skills, and motivation, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic. Systematic planning of human resources is, therefore, an essential prerequisite for ensuring sustainability efficiency health care system. This article outlines a structural resource model in explores complexities involved. A detailed analytical framework is proposed, drawing various materials evidence to outline factors that influence care. in-depth process employs extensive literature review provide greater credibility research findings. It investigates numerous sources materials, both national international contexts. purpose initiatives calculate needed number workers future based past current data assumptions about supply demand trends. findings reveal this very challenging task, as there are typically many unknowns when future.
